    Steve Schreiner
    INSTRUCTOR
    Steve is Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Optimal Performance Massage Therapy. He is trained in Neurosomatic Massage Therapy and is passionate about being able to help people improve their quality of life. He teaches Anatomy & Kinesiology, and massage therapy at SOHMAR. Steve is a SOHMAR graduate.

    Heather has been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She is the owner of her own practice located within SOHMAR. Heather is an Ironman, athlete and massage instructor and personal trainer. She is a SOHMAR graduate.

    Star is the cofounder of SOHMAR. She has more than 35 years in graphic design & creates the schools print materials and mantains the website. Star owns an Etsy Shop called Over the Rainbow US which specializes in pet loss gifts and cards.

    INSTRUCTOR
    Rosendo is a licensed Massage therapist who specializes in sports massage. He works with many professional MMA athleltes. Rosendo has a teaching background and 7 yrs experience of clinical massage. Rosendo is an instructor at SOHMAR.
