Michael is Director and founder of SOHMAR. Along with being head instructor and Owner, he has been in the massage business since 1994.

INSTRUCTOR
She has experience in the healing arts and the owner of Center-Fit fitness center in Plano. She takes experiential education approach to all her instruction. Beth is very well known as a massage therapist and personal trainer. She is a SOHMAR graduate.

INSTRUCTOR
Heatherhas been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She is the owner of her own practice located within SOHMAR. Heather is an Ironman, athlete and massage instructor and personal trainer. She is a SOHMAR graduate.

Star is the cofounder of SOHMAR. She has more than 25 years in graphic design and marketing. She is the marketing director.
Rosendo Galvez
INSTRUCTOR
Rosendo is a licensed Massage therapist who specializes in sports massage. He works with many professional MMA athleltes. Rosendo has a teaching background and 7 yrs experience of clinical massage. Rosendo is an instructor at SOHMAR.
Sara Sullivan OFFICE ASSISTANT
Sara comes from an accounting/real estate background. She handles the day-to-day operations and keeps everything on track. Both her sister and mother are graduates of SOHMAR who have successful massage practices. -
