reflex 1

REFLEXOLOGY Level 1 -10 weeks/meets once a week

time: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

class: $400.00 or $40 per week
total cost: $450.00

This is a 40 hour certification course that anyone can take. It is also a 40 Hour Continued Education course for LMT's but you DO NOT need to be a massage therapist to take this course. Theory, hands-on practice of holistic reflexology techniques, assement skills and basic A&P are part of the curriculum. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate in Reflexology.

Objectives:
- Learn hands-on holistic reflexology techniques
- History of reflexology
- Brief overview of Anatomy and Physiology
- Benefits and contraindications
- Development/understanding of physical, mental and spiritual healing (body/mind connection)

Homework:
Weekly practice of reflexology techniques on other individuals.

Total Hours: 40 Hours/40 CE

Reflex 2

advanced REFLEXOLOGY Level 2 -3 weeks/meets once a week
eve: wed February 12- feb 26, 2025
time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
CE HOURS 3
cost: $150 or $50 a week

 This is an advanced course in Reflexology which covers advanced assessment skills starting at the foot. We will discuss and demonstate reflexology for people living with cancer, other common ailments, sports related reflexology and practice three dimensional breathing, rocktape and research.

Pre-Req:
Practicing Reflexologist or graduate of SOHMAR Reflexology

Objectives:
- Learn advanced and specialized reflexology and assessment techniques
- Learn about Oncology and Reflexology, and different illnesses that can benefit through reflexology
- Sports Reflexology, injuries and movement
- Rock tape and application for injuries

Class Requirements:
Total Clock Hours: 9 Hours
Instruction Hours Per Class: 3
Homework/Outside Practice 5-6 hours per week
Evening: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Weeks: 3 weeks
