Level 1(40 CE Hours): A comprehensive introduction. Covers reflexology theory, basic anatomy and physiology, hands-on techniques, and assessments. Ideal for anyone seeking foundational skills and certification in holistic reflexology.
This is a 40 hour certification course that anyone can take. It is also a 40 Hour Continued Education course for LMTs but you DO NOT need to be a massage therapist to take this course. Theory, hands-on practice of holistic reflexology techniques, assessment skills and basic A&P are part of the curriculum. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate in Reflexology.

Level 2Advanced (9 CE Hours): For certified reflexologists or massage therapists. Focuses on advanced assessment starting at the foot, working with clients with cancer, managing common ailments.
This is an advanced course in Reflexology which covers advanced assessment skills starting at the foot. We will discuss and demonstrate reflexology for people living with cancer, other common ailments, sports related reflexology and practice three dimensional breathing, rocktape and research.

Prerequisites: Practicing Reflexologist or graduate of SOHMAR Reflexology.
Objectives: - Learn advanced and specialized reflexology and assessment techniques - Learn about Oncology and Reflexology, and different illnesses that can benefit through reflexology - Sports Reflexology, injuries and movement - Rock tape and application for injuries
Level 3Advanced (9 CE Hours): Specialized training in pain management and kinesiotaping with advanced reflexology protocols for acute and chronic pain.
